Purva Khanawal & Guest House alibaug — Restaurant in Maharashtra

I had the misfortune of visiting this hotel and can confidently say it was the worst service experience I've ever had. With only one person managing the tables and one in the kitchen, I was prepared for a bit of a delay. However, it took an eternity to receive any service.

First, they outright refused to serve us several dishes. The waiter barely paid attention to us, responding only while walking around. When we finally settled on rice, his recommendation, the preparation took forever. I even witnessed both staff members casually chit-chatting in the kitchen instead of working. When I went to ask if our order would take much longer, the response I got was a dismissive "Yeahhh," delivered with a casual attitude as if I had demanded immediate service.

After a long jungle hike, this was the last thing we needed. The experience was both upsetting and annoying.

To anyone considering a visit here: don't think twice, think a thousand times before subjecting yourself to such...

The only problem that I found was to leave this place! It was absolutely PERFECT 👌 the hotel, the facilities, the room, the location and the wonderful staff made our trip! Our stay was for 2 nights and we were on workation and our special mention to the Wi-Fi of PURVA KHANAWAL & guest house. It was very good that we never faced any issues. The staff are exceptional and cannot do enough for you, they all seem really happy in their work, a credit to the Management. The place is really magical and full of positivity, the accommodation is very pretty and really clean. Everything was more than perfect! Everything looks like the pictures and even prettier. Great kitchen and accessories. This is our 2nd time stay in purva khanawal guest house and will come back...

Very arrogant lady... High rate of Non Ac room...not slider lock for bathroom doors...not a single time no one turn to ask anything we required... 3rd class.... Worst management... No hand wash...Never ever come across such a horrible experience. ... No drinking water has been provided... Red ants was there from top to bottom on wall near to bed... Mattresses were so bad... Cotton are coming out from it..... Nothing is proper...I will recommend not to visit there... Food is also not good.... No electric geyser in bathrooms... So many mosquitos and cockroaches... Kashid beach is also far from guest house Conclusion:- never recommend to anybody.... No plan for...
