We had the pleasure of staying at Tadoba Jungle Camp, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the warm hospitality and attention to detail provided by the staff.

The food at Tadoba Jungle Camp was nothing short of exceptional. From traditional Indian dishes to Western cuisine, every meal was a culinary delight. The gigantic balcony provided an amazing view of the surrounding area, with a comfortable sitting area where we could enjoy our morning coffee while watching the wildlife come to drink water at the nearby river. The balcony was the perfect spot to unwind and take in the beautiful scenery after a long day of safari.

One of the most unique aspects of the room was the staircase that led up to a second bedding and bed area. This added an extra level of privacy and comfort, and made the room feel even more luxurious. Our driver during the safari was also incredibly kind and helpful, going above and beyond to make our experience as enjoyable as possible. He was always willing to answer our questions and provide us with interesting information about the wildlife and the surrounding area.

Booking the resort was easy, once we confirmed the dates, we were sent a link and the payment was done. We wanted to take our pet cocker spaniel and were happy to hear that the resort is pet friendly.  In coordination with the Resort Manager, Mr. Himanshu Bagde, we booked a safari in advance. We arrived at the jungle camp at 1400 and were given a warm welcome by the staff, especially Mr. Monthung (he is very accommodating and always guest oriented). The room is built on an elevated platform facing flat plains and the view from the huge glass walls is beautiful. It is spacious, clean and the decor (different theme for each of 12 rooms) is very very creative. We were constantly served by Mr. Prithvi Singh, who is a very humble and gentle soul, he would constantly inquire if we needed anything. The quality of food was better than what I have eaten at many five star hotels. We met Chef Alam a few times and appreciated his efforts and the delicious food he would serve throughout the day. We had the pleasure of tasting some fabulous dishes like Mahua kheer, Jackfruit sabzi, different variety of dals and chicken curry etc.... The food quality was a very good surprise for us, even our fussy 4 year old enjoyed it. On our second morning we took the morning safari which Mr. Himanshu Bagde had booked for us. By the way this man needs no introduction, he has been a nature enthusiast for many many years, knows the flora and fauna of the region very well. The resort has some of his photos of tigers, bears and newspaper articles that he has written scattered all over the place. He is extremely knowledgeable in this field and very professional. Anyway, going back to the safari, the jeep showed up on time at the resort, where the three of us embarked. Enroute we picked up our guide near the Agarzari gate and started out safari. We have been to many resorts in search of the elusive tiger but can you believe it, within 30 mins of our entry into the resort we sighted not one but two (tigress Madhu and W Tigress cub). It was perhaps the highlight of our entire trip. We also saw lots of sambar deers, Gaur, wild boars, variety of birds etc... The Safari lasted about 4 hours, with a 15 min breakfast break (where we enjoyed the parathas and poha packed by the resort). Whether it was arranging a special meal or providing helpful tips for exploring the area, they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was unforgettable.

Now, let's talk about the food. Oh my taste buds! The resort's culinary team deserves a standing ovation. From Local delicacies to Mughlai cuisines, every bite was a burst of flavors. We indulged in mouthwatering dishes that satisfied our cravings and left us wanting more. And the best part?
