TAKHT - Executive Suites & Rooms — Hotel in Maharashtra

Horrible experience. My friend and I booked the hotel after looking at the pictures and reviews. It seemed pretty good till we actually came to the hotel. It was a tiny room that’s not worth the price and we had to pay to get water which was also charged at a very high price. The electricity kept getting cut in the middle of the night and ac kept switching off randomly. On the last night we arrived late but upon arrival we realised that we left our room key with our friend who lived 40 minutes away. We waited at the lobby for the owner to come back which took us around 1 hour after which they didn’t even have a duplicate key. He offered us another room but we had to pay for that extra room. We ended up calling up our friend and she sent the key through a porter and we got into the room.
