KNS — Restaurant in Maharashtra

I'm writing this review as a loyal customer who has always loved the dine-in experience at KNS. The pizzas are always fresh and delicious when you get them right off the spot. That's why I was so shocked by my recent Zomato delivery. The pizza arrived looking like it had been dropped—it was completely disturbed, and all the toppings were jumbled. This was a hugely disappointing and messy experience that was a complete contrast to the excellent quality I'm used to. I hope the cafe can address this issue with their delivery...

My yesterday ordered food experience is very bad, I never experienced this woth other KNS outlet. They have no knowledge about fow to be Shahi paneer sandwich looks like, I have experienced twice, while dining n ordering also, American mustered burger have no veggies only tikki placed n souce added. The food packaging quality is very poor only cello tape n tissue wrapping for Burger, Sub also food was cold even in short distance order. I have seen KNS as a good brand, they serve good food in ajmera, pradhikaran, spine city moshi but where it comes to Shahunagar branch … it’s the worst … there serve you stale food and especially fries … I have observed this plenty of times where they serve very salty fries and burger. Also at times when it comes to parcel then definitely you will get something bad … not fresh, wrong parcel etc. hence I recommend KNS but not Shahunagar...
