Very very very bad and dissapointing stay for me. Staff behaviour is very bad and service is worst, pathetic. The receptionist misbehaved with me and asked me to shift from the hotel. There was no bucket and mug in the washroom so i called the reception to ask for the same, Mr. Aditya was on the line, first he told me that bucket and mug are given on request( which i feel ilogical, i have never seen that buckets and mugs are given on request in a hotel) then i said ok please send them as i have to go outside for some work and i was in hurry. I waited for 15 minutes but i did not received the bucket and mug so i called again then he said it will take more 15-20 minutes as all the room service staff is having lunch, so i told him that i am in a hurry to go somewhere so please send the items quickly, then he said cant you wait for sometime, whats the hurry etc. Etc. And in a very rough tone, so i said i need to go somewhere for some important work thats why i am asking for it quickly, then he said if you have problem shift from this hotel. I have never seen such kind of behaviour from the hotel staff, that is very insulting. I seriously suggest you to never visit this hotel. These people wear good clothes but they carry a very bad behaviour. I felt like i was staying there for free and he was behaving such with me. Later i ordered something to eat, the waiter didnt bring the complementary onions and lemon so i asked him to bring them for which he said i should be asking for that when i ordered and now he can not bring it and there was no salt in the biryani hence i asked him to bring the salt to which he said nothing so i thought he will bring it but didn't bring it and we ate the food like that only and offcourse if i would have called the reception then again i had to talk to that arrogant receptionist so we ate the biryani like that only. Next day i asked the receptionist to send the allout machine to my room as there were mosquitoes, to which she said ok but after an hour also i didn't got it so i called to which she said allout machines are not available and she will bring it from market and it will take time so i said ok but i didn't got it till the time of checkout. Once i asked them for some juices to which they said they will confirm it from the kitchen whether it is available or not and inform us but even after 20 minutes i didn't get a call from them so i called them and asked so she said is not available, that means they are not even bothered about it. Please dont visit this hotel, your stay will be ruined. These people only know how to deal with the money thing thats it. Read moreI would give zero star. . .||Horrible experience and that too in a OYO run hotel.||It was booked for our family wedding.we had 20 rooms still we face dao many issues.||||The front office staff and management have confilcts amongst self.||||Incharge their named palak is highly unprofessional and below standards of hotel industry..||||All our guests kept on fighting all 3 days during our stay.||||In a almost 30 bedded hotel they keep only 5 buckets and 5 mugs and keep on shifting amongst the rooms.||||Breakfast got over in between and they changed menu on their owm as per their own convenience without May prior intimation for remaining guest putting us in an embarrassing situation.||||Guest we're not allowed to check in at night even after giving prior intimation and they kept the guest waiting at night for 3 hours and not let them in even after knowing it's a wedding fucntion.||||No staff comes to pick ur luggage at recption.||||It's difficult for old people to reach this hotel as they have to climb steep stairs around 15 steps which are without any side railing and is highly risky.||||They also take photographs of your original ID saying they have to upload on OYO despite giving them a scanned copy of ID which is highly risky and can lead to fraudulent activities.||||Worst experience we had and all our guests were highly dissatified.||||The OYO management should better look into the matter seriously.||||Trip type Family||||Rooms-...
Read moreI have visited this property three times, and each time my experience has been increasingly worse. The first time everything was fine, but on my second visit, I was given a room with a filthy bathroom. I had to manage it myself, and despite my efforts, the staff was disrespectful. They even refused a booking from Oyo, claiming they wouldn't accept a reservation for less than 1500 rs. This time was the worst with a dirty room, a leaking washbasin, and a toilet in terrible condition. Trying to shower was difficult due to the leaking dirty water. Additionally, they are extremely rude; if you don't check out by 11 am, they resort to yelling and if it were up to them, they would forcibly eject us by 11 a.m.. Overall, it's been a terrible experience. we stayed at this property for four days, and after two days, we called to request cleaning for both the room and the bathroom. The person arrived two hours later and only cleaned the room. When we asked him to clean the bathroom as well, he agreed and said he would be back in 10 minutes, but he never returned.
