Location is the main highlight of the place. Great option nearby aurangabad railway station if you are looking for a more than budget stay option. Service is good. Most staff are helpful but a few are just rude and weird. I stayed for around 5 days nd the front desk staff asked me on each of the days when am i checking out? Its totally uncool nd improper to ask that, not once or twice but more than that especially when u know the guest is staying for a longer period which i had already made clear. Another point which is not justified for the rate you are paying is that they will provide only 1 litre of complimentary drinking water per day. If you need more drinking water u need to arrange on your own. On asking they told they have only direct water supply from municipality. No RO, no aquaguard, no extra water supply. I found few cockroaches in bathroom on some occasions. Restaurant is decent with pure vegetarian options. The place is good except for these major issues. Look for better options if u are having...

Absolutely a wonderful property to stay in. Location wise it is in a proper location, just 200-300 metres from Aurangabad Railway Station (Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar). You can literally walk to and from the railway station to the property.✅ Rooms are very clean, cosy & comfortable with stuff like ceiling fan, AC, TV, Table Chairs, bedside tables, cupboards, full length mirror and dressing table.✅ Toilet and bathrooms are very clean, with all the necessary amenities like 24 hrs running hot water and toiletries.✅ Reception and housekeeping staff were very courteous, professional & polite. They arranged for our sightseeing cab which was quite reasonable.✅ There's a restaurant which is fully vegetarian. We ordered room service- the food was good & service was very fast and prompt.✅

Overall it is a great place to stay & most importantly it is not too pricey. A really safe and affordable place to stay in Chhatrapati SambhajiNagar especially near the Aurangabad...
