Worst ever experience.
Check-in - We had 2 rooms pre-booked. The receptionist girl tried to fool us, saying they had only 1 room available.
Rooms- Rooms are very small, not clean, blankets had spots and were not clean. Check photos. Rooms are interconnected with doors in between. There is no privacy and you can hear your next door guests loud and clear.
Housekeeping- There is no housekeeping. Nobody cleaned rooms for 2 days.
Staff- Very unprofessional. The girl on front desk never says YES to anything. They keep shouting and singing till 2 am in night outside guestrooms.
Food- They run an ad-hoc kitchen, no restaurant. Kitchen closes at 8pm. No food after that.
Breakfast- Booking mentioned complimentary breakfast. The front desk girl said, complimentary is only Bread and Tea. 🤷♀️ When we wanted to order puri bhaji, they said gas cylinder was over. So no food.
Location- This location is very far from main town. It takes at least 40mins to reach Police Bazar.

The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained with all the necessary amenities. I especially appreciated the cozy ambiance and attention to detail in housekeeping. The food served was fresh and delicious, offering a good variety to choose from.
The location is also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, yet peaceful enough for a relaxing stay.
Overall, I had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. It’s a perfect blend of comfort, cleanliness, and great service. I will definitely stay here again on...
Read moreHad the worst experience here. They charge extra for everything, even for drinking water. We booked a twin bed but were given only one queen-size bed and told to adjust. When we asked for an extra bed or mattress, they again demanded additional payment. On top of that, they charged ₹500 just for one hour of late checkout, which most hotels usually manage without issue. It feels like they’re running a boarding school with too many rules and extra fees rather than a hotel. The staff treat guests more like hostel wardens than customers. Very disappointing service and definitely not worth the money — if you don’t want to spoil your mood or trip,...
