Shillong in the last few years has opened up to a variety of culinary treats, however, good Burger Joints are still far & few. So when I saw 2 Bois and a Burger's menu, I was excited. So @benwankhar picked me up to go have some burgers.

I was fortunate to get a chance to try out the food even before the opening date. After an hour of traffic, we found ourselves standing infront of a door with half open shutters. I entered inside & things seem to be slowly getting into place.

I looked up the menu & it was very interesting. I ended up ordering the Smash Beef Burger & a cup of Hand Whipped Coffee while Ben had the Bacon Lovin Pork Burger. We also shared a plate of Naga Chilli Buffalo Wings & Peri Peri Potato Wedges.

I took a bite & the Smash Beef Burger was surely smashing my tastebuds. The bun was soft & fresh. The patty was a proper patty & not a cutlet. Each bite made you yearn for the next. This was definitely the real deal. It came with a portion of tasty wedges which were not frozen & we ordered an extra plate. I took a bite of Ben's burger & while the Smash burger was smashing, the Pork Bacon was doing all the Lovin.

The Wings cames with 3 pcs each of Flats & Drums along with Ranch as a dip. This was my 1st ranch & honestly it tasted like cheese powder in liquid form. Still tasty. The wings were cooked well & were medium spicy but however Ben was expecting them to be a little bit more tangy. It's always a pleasure to eat with Ben & also get to learn so much from him.

Overall amazing burgers that Shillong deserves. I only wish they were a little bit bigger. Prices do match the taste & quality.

Absolutely hidden gem of a spot for burgers.

It's a nice small joint with not a lot of fancy thrills and frills in the decoration but it's still nice and cozy, as for the service it was nice and quick.

I tried out the Bacon Lovin (Pork), Pulled Pork, Crispy Beer Battered Fish, The Double Smash(Double Pork and Double Beef), Naga Chilli Buffalo Wings (Nasty) on my first visit here.

The Bacon Lovin was an absolute banger of a burger it was too too good and I'll definitely recommend it to anyone who loves pork, the Pulled Pork was nice and tender and packed with flavour, the Crispy Beer Battered Fish was kind of disappointing and in my opinion and it needed something extra to give it a unique flare, the Double Smash was absolutely great and very well prepared but maybe it needed something like caramelized onions as well, maybe if we could ask for it to be an add on it'll be nice cause not everyone has the same likes and dislikes so this is just my opinion, another thing i personally would like more is if the smashed patties we're a bit more burnt at the edges giving it a nice caramelized and burnt smoky flavour but that's just me. The last item which were the wings had been very well cooked and they were drenched in a nice tangy and spicy sauce but it wasn't mouth numbing or taste buds ruining spicy so it was great.

Hope to get to visit here again and try out more of what they have to offer, keep up...

THE BEST BURGERS IN SHILLONG!! I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. It's that good! We ordered the Pulled Pork Burger, the Bacon Lovin' Burger with a beef patty, Chicken Popper with Peri Peri Seasoning, Hand Whipped Coffee and Coca Cola. The burgers were so juicy and full of flavour, the potato wedges that accompanied the burgers were also amazing. The Chicken Popper was generously covered in Peri Peri Seasoning and I also appreciate how the batter/breading didn't overwhelm the chicken, the ratio was perfect. The coffee was also good. Service was amazing as well, it was fast and efficient. The atmosphere of the place is very chill and casual. The only downside is the location for me. It isn't located in an aesthetically pleasing area but it draws in a good crowd which only shows how amazing the burgers are. We'll definitely be visiting again and...
