Resting Hub Homestay — Hotel in Meghalaya

This place is located in Cherrapunji near Goshen Homestay. It has some amenities such as Geyser, Table fan and parking which make it a good property to stay at.

Although despite being a homestay there is no kitchen or food facility available for the customers. This in turn is the biggest con of this place since the pre-requisite of a homestay is food security In addition to that, Rooms are expensive and do not justify the pricing. In the rainy season the experience is even more dreadful as with continuous raining you will feel completely stuck with no food.

Although the manager is kind and helpful, but is ignorant of the food crisis. Also, the food menu of the "Cloud 7" so provided in the reception of the homestay is not worth it, since the food is expensive, quantity is extremely small and taste wise it is not justified let alone the...

Only look of the building from outside is good. No tv, no wardrobe, no bathroom towel rod ,no water bottle and glass, got soap/dustbin/goodnight/towel only after asking ,only one attendant who give flying visit to the property .Attendant was not available throughout the night till our departure at 10AM in the morning No kitchen /restaurant in the compound . Resting hub homestay lies at the heart of Sohra. It is 5 mins walk away from the main market. The rooms are very spacious and cleanliness is maintained throughly in the common area. The view from the balcony is immaculate, we could see 3 waterfalls from the balcony itself when weather was clear.
