Just after entering the hotel, you will feel the joy and comforts there. I have my bookings from 12th-15th Nov, '18 that means at the time of giving this review, I am staying in the hotel only. Starting from the entry gate, they've already decorated the hotel with Christmas tree and other stuffs. The facilities are basic, clean and hygienic. Rooms are of mid size but with optimum utilization of every corners for the comforts of the guests. Breakfast had every necessary stuffs to make you full at the start of the day. Some points to note though: 1. Try to book the rooms via online mode (I did with yatra) as you can prepay and pre-book the rooms using your credit cards online. Only cash payment option is there at the hotel. 2. If you have health issues (like asthma etc), then request the reception to book your room in 1st or 2nd floor. They don't have lift facility. 4. They take time (45 min approx) to bring you the food you need. But, they provide freshly prepared hygienic food. So, please have patience or try to order little early. 5. If you want great morning view of the valley from your room, then request for Room no. 201. 6. If you are on some official visit in the city & if you want to save some bucks on your food expenses, then book MAP plan (complementary breakfast with one major meal ie, either lunch or dinner) via the booking portal Yatra etc. 7. At 3rd floor the water pressure in taps will be little less. Though, it was quite good for shower. ||Every person of the hotel is very courteous, humble and co-operative. May...

Read moreFirst night-1(horrible) room was infested with cockroaches in various stages of size. Pictures and video available if required. As for room cleanliness exceptionally poor. This was addressed the following morning with Opa. This employee went above and beyond in listening and resolving. He was the only one who understood and showed concern and empathy. The cockroach room was number 205. I was moved the next morning to 305. Opa allowed me to get inspect the room along with him to ensure ZERO cleaning challenges or cockroaches presents.||Remainder of the stay in 305 and hotel in general compared to my previous stay last year I’m going to give 3 average. The food will give 5/5 and that was the only highlight.||The staff need training, the owner needs to visit the property more and actually audit his rooms and level of cleanliness and maintenance. In all honesty I would truly not recommend this property. I feel bad for Opa is the only asset and the Chef. The lady receptionist is also a star. The other male receptionist should not work front desk or hospitality industry. The remainder of the staff besides the ones I mentioned have no clue of the hotel industry or hospitality in general. Laundry services are a joke, 285 INR for 8 items.. none were even ironed or pressed… washed and placed back in the same bag. There was no paper work for me to fill out for the service I...
