KFC — Restaurant in Mizoram

This KFC at College Veng, Aizawl is disappointing. The food was very good but we waited for more than 30mins to get our order. The service was TERRIBLE. There were 2 self help kiosk which was just for showpiece i guess. We went in and tried to order from the kiosk, then we were scolded as if we were kids by the staff. Then we went to the order desk which was manned by a rude staff. He then kept on asking us if we want sides and dip sauce. I told him to add one, to which he added 4 each. When he told us the amount to pay, we were a but taken aback as it was different from the usual bill we get from other outlet. To which he said, it cannot be changed once he enter the bill. Overall, food is great, staff are horrible. Dont put kiosk if you dont allow...

The lady on the counter needs to learn how to provide Good hospitality services to the customer. The food was not up to the mark as the chicken piece was very hard and very small pieces of chicken that I have never experienced before. KFC lost their profession in Mizoram. The kiosk was not working, had to wait for a long time. After a while, I had to order from the counter and stand in the queue for a long time. The order preparation took too long, I waited for more than 30 mins. Their machines were not working and we couldn't see the menu and had to look up online. This branche is the worst KFC...
