I recently had a miserable experience. To put it bluntly, this establishment is a disgrace to the hospitality industry.

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by an overwhelming stench that permeated the entire hotel. The air reeked of neglect, as if cleanliness was an alien concept to the management. The overall state of the hotel was shockingly dirty and unhygienic, leaving me questioning the basic standards of sanitation they claim to uphold.

The on duty staff seemed to have undergone a training program in rudeness and unaccommodating behavior. Their lack of courtesy was appalling, and it was abundantly clear that customer satisfaction was not even remotely a priority for them.

Any attempt to address concerns or seek assistance was met with dismissive attitudes and outright hostility.

The so-called "provisions" for parking were non-existent, leaving guests to fend for themselves in finding a spot.

As if the overall experience wasn't agonizing enough, the service was egregiously slow and neglectful. Even a simple request for water felt like an insurmountable challenge for the seemingly indifferent staff. It's astonishing how a hotel can fail so spectacularly in fulfilling such basic needs.

The provisions for accommodating an extra person in the room were nothing short of laughable. The amenities sparse, and it was evident that maximizing profits took precedence over...

WOMEN ARE NOT SAFE IN THIS HOTEL as the staff is stalking and molesting in the female guest rooms. Incident of my friend on 7/1/23. VAIBHAV BURJUDE, a housekeeping guy, barged into the room of my friend who was lodging alone and watched her for god knows how long secretly from behind of the bed. The room was locked and yet VAIBHAV, unlocked the door, despite seeing the luggage right in front of the door, entered further and stopped near the bed of the woman who was unfortunately in a compromised clothing state. She was completely unaware of this situation as the room's bed is awkwardly positioned. Even after asking him to go out of the room, he stood right there, argued with the female guest who is completely shocked to experience this incident and behavior. Saurabh Dwivedi, front desk manager, misbehaved is not cooperating, and does not connects with the Hotel Manager. This is a real shocking & disgusting incident for the woman. They also stopped guest to file police complaint and have requested to refund the complete booking amount. I have attached the photos of written statements of the incident by staffs for the reference. We need complete refund for this incident. For Standard room price is 2800 rs for one night. Hotel Location is very far in Andheri east. You need map to reach the hotel else you will get lots of trouble. Room was ok but service was very poor. Check in time was 2 PM and i reached there by 3 pm but still room was not ready. When i entered in my room it was smelly, i asked service boy for room freshner. TV was there but cable/dish was not there. When i called reception he asked me you want TV? i thought what a stupid question. He said he will arrange. It took 1 hr to start the dish on my TV. On bed i had only one pillow when i asked one more he said we don't have extra pillows but will arrange and it took 2hrs to arrange it. Bathroom was not that clean no soap no dental kit. In house restaurant was not there so you need to order from nearby restaurant but taste was bad. No window no outside view. I think for almost 3k this place is not Worth i won't...
