ITC Maratha, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Mumbai — Hotel in Mumbai

We planned to visit Mumbai over the Christmas of 2023 and also to celebrate the anniversary of my friend. We chose ITC Maratha for this visit. The hotel is very close to the airport but a bit far from the 'tourist' places (most of them are in the southern part of the city).

We had booked two ITC One rooms for our stay. I had planned a surprise for my friend and his wife so asked the reservation team to make the special occasion. I had been in constant touch with them to make sure that the surprise goes well. We reached the hotel at around 3:30 P.M. but got surprised in the opposite way. There were multiple wedding functions going on in the hotel so most of the staff was very busy. Forget about the room being decorated, the room was not even ready for check in. It took almost an hour for one room to get ready.

when we entered the room, it was decorated with Black baloons. That's it. I was really pissed off at that time because I was not expecting this arrangement for the anniversary. We had our plans to go to Siddhi Vinayak temple and were already getting late. The staff assured that they would get the room ready by the time we return.

And then when we finally returned in the evening, the room was decorated with flowers, cake, a greetings card with the anniversary wishes to my friend and a botlte of red wine (We don't drink). This bought a smile on the couple's face and I thanked the staff. I could understand their situation because of their hectic schedule due to the multiple wedding ceremonies going on in the hotel. They also upgraded the other room from ITC one to the Deluxe suite. We had a wonderful stay and would surely recommend it.

It’s been exactly a month since I got married at ITC Grand Maratha, Mumbai. It was a Valentines Day wedding.. I always wanted to get married in a lawn with a lot of green cover and the moment I stepped into the ITC lawn with the attached ballroom I knew this was the best bet. I had to look no more, hardly any better options in Mumbai with such a beautiful setting and the best food.

From the start till the end from booking the venue till then end of the event has been a smooth process thanks to Gurpreet and her fantastic team. They make you feel at home and are very kind & patient to address all types of queries and make sure to give you the best.

Special thanks to Vaibhav who was handling my event guiding like an elder brother and Lalit from the operations is a gem of a person in the ITC team. He is with you during the event day till the very end, anything and everything you ask him will be a yes Sir response, he doesn’t have a No in his dictionary.

Not only them but the whole staff from the Valet till the house keeping is helping and has done a commendable job. They also have the best panel of decorators to make sure your wedding is beautiful.

Absolutely loved the whole process from food tasting till the last day, all my guests including many from the overseas were extremely happy with the event and the food was incredible, so much variety and the chefs from ITC are the best in the business.

I’m very happy & grateful to the whole ITC maratha team who made this Punjabi-Greek wedding a big success, looking forward to do more events in the future.

ITC Maratha is truly a luxury hotel! I ate at lunch and throughly enjoyed the buffet. There was live music and entertainment for children! The buffet offered a variety of food including Indian, Chinese, and international! There was so much variety to offer everyone. The staff was amazing and accommodating.

I also visited the spa and had two services including deep tissue 60 min and shirodhara-ayurvedic 60 min. The entire staff was accommodating to me during my services. I would like to thank the staff: Pui-spa manager, Bimala-therapist for ayuverdic, and Sano-therapist for deep tissue. Each service I had was amazing! It was my first time experiencing shirodhara and I would highly recommend it. It starts off with warm oil rubbed on your head, followed by head and neck while sitting in a chair. Next, I went on the massage table for the ayuverdic service. This was my first time. I enjoyed the oil being put on my forehead and draining down throughout my hair! I felt so relaxed. After the service I went to the steam room. Prior to the service I went to the sauna. Bimala was very professional and made sure I was comfortable.

I enjoyed my first service so I booked my second service that same day, which was a deep tissue massage for 60 min. Sano washed my feet before we started in a bowl with roses! She ensured I was comfortable with the pressure.

Pui was in contact with me prior to coming to my appt. She ensured she can accommodate me with my schedule. Also she sent over the spa services they offer. Overall, my time spent at ITC Maratha is memorable and I highly recommend this...
