I recently discovered the perfect tranquil escape during a much-needed vacation - Green Village Resort. The resort is built in quite a big place and it looks good. So our first impression as we entered was good. However as we proceeded towards our rooms that were booked well in advance, we noticed that they were being cleaned and we had to wait outside with our luggage while our rooms were being made ready.

Upon entering the room we were greeted with a good spacious room, unfortunately the cleaning was not through and some mess was still left behind.

When I went to use the washroom I realised to my horror that there was no toilet roll. I then proceeded to take a bath. After my bath I noticed that the bath water would not drain and I made a complaint about this to the assistant manager, however it was not fixed till the time we were there.

The resort had a swmming pool with some water slides and our children decided to go for a swim and enjoy the water slides. However, the water sldes were nonfunctional.

We were a big group which had gone to this resort expecting to have a good time, however we were highly disappointed with the overall exprience. Some rooms had washroom doors that could not be locked, some rooms has the toilt flush that was constantly leeking, some washrooms had no toilet paper and an overflowing bathroom where the bath water was not going down.
