Read moreI am seeing many reviews here talking about Grand Inn being excellent. However, I have travelled extensively and can vouch for what I am saying. We booked via Zo Rooms. They had mentioned in their T&Cs that - "Unmarried couples MAY not be allowed" which obviously means that it will happen in case there is something shady going on. We checked in (we were an unmarried couple and we were dating) - we had come to visit Mumbai - anything wrong with that? We showed our ID proofs and had good amount of luggage. Additionally, the hotel charges extra for water bottles, above the MRP. When I refused to pay, they offered the same water bottle for the MRP. A nearby pure vegetarian hotel provides a more...
