The entrance lobby, external podium, amenities are very attractive . Their hospitality and way of presentation of their property is comparatively better than others. Suggest to visit them during weekdays. The two main concerning things which led me to opt for other property and not Kanakia rainforest is their small room sizes and poor connectivity. Located behind bhavani nagar in andheri east, you need to walk atleast 15 minutes to get access to an auto or local shops from main road. The nearest metro station as of now is 2.5km away is marol naka metro station.The lobby space between 4 flats on each floor are comparatively very small.H wing flats are spacious and can be opted for, however, still underconstruction and costing more than almost ready to move in flat due to GST. Overall the project is good for someone who want to just stay inside the society and utilise the seemingly overcrowded amenities but not for someone who commutes daily and might feel the need of cabs or other public transport at disposal at any...

Had stayed there on a rental 3bhk flat- 1.not a convenient location if you don’t have a personal vehicle as autos don’t come inside In a good frequency, as a result sometimes I had to walked down to main road to get an auto: ( Pl don’t rent if your office is nearby) 2.Society is good but would suggest look for the flat condition as priority not society: as flats are poor in construction, leakages, broken kitchen cabinets( blame to owner who hardly paid any visit : just after money)

Conclusion: it’s a pathetic place with zero vibes: call them rainforest but their full day noise pollution from construction nearby
