Imperial Palace Resort — Hotel in Mumbai

The great place to explore. Here you can enjoy the advantures with family and friends. The imperial grand palace is the 3 star palace. First let's talk about the " environment ". The environment of the palace was so beautiful and it's surrounded by the Nature because this imperial grand palace is situated at Aarey colony (Goregaon East). So the greenery were the best it's really satisfying . Now lets talk about the " place " (Area). The palace is very big . We cannot explore hole palace and adventure in a single day.. so through my words you can imagine. How much is it big and there are things to explore. Atleast you need 2 days to experience everything and explore the whole palace and adventures things.i will be attaching the all photo's and videos of the adventures . You will really enjoy. Now lets talk about the " Ambience ". The ambience was really good . I have experience like a palace of olden age. The Look of the place was like awesome because the one which we all have seen in television like a European palace that's same infrastructure is there in this palace also. I would say in my own words it's really 'fabulous'. Now lets talk about the managing " staff and reception ". The staff was very good and supportive . They also try to look as u need something or helping hand. But I would say one thing that there are some staff who are from different contry so may be you have communication problem . But no issues u can talk in English they can able to understand but little bit only. Now lets talk about the " food " . The breakfast ,Lunch and dinner this are available in buffet unlimited. You can eat as much you can . The taste of the food was nice . You'll will enjoy the food. Now lets talk about the " Hotels Room's ". You will get the access key to open the lock. The infrastructure of the Hotel room was Pretty awesome. Everything is provided like towel, slippers, refrigerator,soap,sanatizer,masks, Ac,shoe polisher cream and brush,bath tub,shower, washroom, separate place to shower,etc. This all things are provided.you will really enjoy it. Now let's talk about the " bookings and pricing ". The cost of the booking for one day is 12000/- as I am not sure for this price but I have talk to manager she told me this price . Lovely Weekend at Imperial Grand Palace Visited this place last weekend it was unbelievable to stay in an actual PALACE. The first impression as you enter from Hotels main gate is “WOW”! The hotel building do looks like real palace and this WOW! Extends further as you arrive in lobby which is grand, decorated with paintings, sculpture, chairs all over there is a touch of ROYALNESS and which gives you feeling like you arrived in some Victorian Palace.

The hotel room offers a spectacular view of shimmering lakes and picturesque valleys. The executive suit where I stayed in was luxury of space with elegant décor, high-tech technology and super comfy bed. The bathroom is big enough to fir shower booth & Jacuzzi bath tub in it but little disappointed when we found that hot water was not coming from bath tub tap. Food was decent there.

Best part about this hotel is it is situated on small hill which actually saves you from typical Mumbai’s humidity & heat and you can just sit & relax on pool side chairs without sweating. Mumbai International airport being just 10 minutes away, this property is a smart choice.

Property was close for about 3- 4 years and now they reopened with many facilities. Gym and Spa is still under construction.

They have Adventure Park which is just 5min away from hotel ultimate thrill you are looking for in weekends- Royal Palms Weekend

It totally fun… one can come and enjoy Adventure park full day as they have separate package for only Adventure Park if you don’t want to stay there. You can enjoy full day there with activities like ZIP LINE, Rope Adventure, Rock Climbing, ATV track, Bicycle, Boating, and they also coming up with Tents stay there (camping).

Reminded me of heritage properties in Rajasthan, and the hospitality was also...

I'm one of the handyman work there... That hotel is having trouble with the management, and hotel staff too, transportation in & out of the hotel, the engineering structure of the building might be having difficulties on water leaks anywhere of the hotel both Park plaza and imperial hotel, During rainy season we are busy patching water leaks and cleaning all possible water canals and drain causing the water flows into another area causing leaks. It's a matter of maintenance works to clean and maintain those building , and water storage in the hotel must properly clean and maintain in due time, I suggest to have a separate water tank for the hotel to supply a clean water for the guest in the rooms, you must have a cistern and water filter to transfer to a water tank to supply the guest rooms, before theres a trouble in the water pump but nobody going there to fix it , my manager called me to get up early in the morning and go together with the other maintenance and fix it, what I'm trying to say the hotel must have a water storage inside the hotel area ,In case of another water pump trouble the service of water to hotel continues with the water tank storage... There's a lot of things to improve in that hotel but my time there is limited , for me money or salary is not the cause of going out there but also how they love each other feeling and give a good approach to say sorry to each other for our mistake, saying sorry for a mistake is a good way because we are not perfect , were only human... I saw the hotel both imperial and park plaza and villas not in good condition, but that's a good hotel before under Mr. Cambel, that hotel needs a working honest staff to serve the guest and honest to his/her work.
