Emerald Club — Restaurant in Mumbai

I visited this place today with my family for brunch and this is what i ordered:- Soup • Cream Of Tomato Soup • Veg Manchow Soup • Veg Hot&Sour Soup Starters • Corn Cheese Balls • Veg Crispy • Chicken Lollipop Main Course • Chicken Tikka Masala • Lacha Paratha • Plain Naan • Dal Makhani • Steam Rice The food is hot and fresh and service is pretty quick too. Post Covid-19, they keep their premises clean and tidy. Ambiance is decent and ideal for a peaceful family meal. They serve alcohol too but the crowd is pretty decent. They have a outdoors as well as an AC section. Outdoors is fit for anyone that wishes to smoke. Ambiance -3.5/5 Hospitality - 4/5 Food - 4/5 Overall...

I would give Zero stars .. but there is no option to do so.. I ordered 2 beverages yesterday night at 12 and they didn't deliver.. delivery time is till 12.30 midnight .. later after 30 minutes i tried calling all the listed numbers and they were all switched off.. Today i called them with my concern and there was no appropriate response ..except they said .. "Thank you" while ending the call. .. This has happened twice ... So Sad .. luckily i already had my dinner earlier .. imagine if i would have ordered food ... i would have to sleep empty stomach ... Emerald ....Improvisation...

Emerald Club can be said as the life saviour of Royal Palms consisting of Brats Pub located in the basement which has an amazing ambience where beers are served on dirt cheap price. On the ground floor is the Emerald restaurant which has A.C seating arrangement as well as open air seating arrangements where one can enjoy the scrumptious food as well as enjoy the hard drinks and beers. In comparison to other restaurants I would say it is quite reasonable with supportive staff. The club also has gym and steam-sauna facility. Though the gym has liited space, it has sufficient...
