Stayed at Courtyard Mariott Navi Mumbai from 04 - 06 Jul 24. What a fabulous experience it was. The look/ feel of the hotel and the courtesy extended by one and all in the staff adds to the pleasure and memories of staying at such a wonderful property. The staff at front desk (the name that comes to mind is Aditya) were efficient and made the check in process a breeze. The house keeping staff (each and everyone of them) were amiable and on their toes all the while making sure that the room was spic and span and the projected requirements were met. Finally coming to the best part of the stay and being a Punjabi it does make a difference was the culinary experience. What a spread of food and add to that the finger licking yummy taste made the stay a delight. A special word of appreciation goes out to chef boss Avinash who was always around taking care of guests need and maybe meeting some outrageous requests with a smile. His patience and courtesy extended were a delight to watch. Another person who deserves mention was chef Manas who skills at Chinese cuisine were appreciable. While the food was great the stewards were on their toes too and served with smile. Maitreyee, Bhalachandran and their boss Pranav were ever smiling while serving. Finally a word of mention for Yukta who went out of the way to help me with my idiosyncray with tea and made sure it tasted the way I like. Over all a 10/10...

Nice View and Cozy Ambience, but Lackluster Buffet Experience....an absolute NO NO!

I recently visited for their buffet lunch, and while the weather was perfect for a rainy day, unfortunately, the food experience left much to be desired. Despite the wide variety of dishes offered, the lack of taste and cold temperature of the food served were a major disappointment.

On the positive side, the hotel boasted a stunning view of the DY Patil stadium . And a poolside setting for the rainy weather....providing a picturesque backdrop to our meal. The ambience was great with live music. However, when it came to the food, it was a letdown. The dishes were lackluster and failed to excite the taste buds. Even though the spread offered an array of options, most of the food was cold, which was far from ideal for a chilly day. The quality didn't match the hotel's 5-star status, leaving a lot to be desired.

On the bright side, the dessert section provided some solace, as the sweet treats were quite enjoyable. Yet, the disappointment with the main course and appetizers overshadowed the dessert's success.

In conclusion, PLEASE do not waste your money 💸💸
