Pizza Hut | Nerul, Mumbai — Restaurant in Navi Mumbai

I had visited @PizzaHutIN outlet in Nerul Navi Mumbai on 13th July . On arrival is was told about the offer that if bill amount crosses 2k 500 rs discount will be given . I placed a order costing 3k but bill was not shown to me before payment so i had to pay without seeing bill After payment I was informed by the person on billing counter that she forgot to add the offer in which I could have got 500 discount. So I asked her to refund me 500 but she denied as bill was generated (but not shown to me) . Instead she offered me buy more products worth 500 After arguing with us she aggred to return 500 rs in cash but didn't gave us a bill . Means she kept the remaining 2.5k with herself. According to @PizzaHutIN if bill is not provided pizza is on them . But no response from pizza hut since 13th . They just send automated response. And hygiene was not maintained i have attached image...

Worst experience ever i had i ordered two pizza’s it said it’ll wil be delivered in 30 mins i waited fr like an hour but it didn’t arrived after it arrived it was so freakin cold as i contacted the store no one was picking up my call i talked frm the delivery guy he gave is manager’s number firstly he didn’t pick my call secondly when i tried so many times he talked with me he said I’ll send you complimentary pizza nd all as i was telling him to return it forgot to mention his name is rohit ig Then i was like okay waited again fr an hour he wasn’t replying to me nd when he did again he is sending right now that around 11pm nd i was like i dont want it now he said I’ll send it you tomorrow ieas okay nd again the same thing I’ll suggest don’t goo here or order...

First and foremost food was good . Cleanliness was just pathetic plates were left untouched after people have left due to which flies were flying all over the place trying to get in our food because of pathetic cleaning. The lights were turned off many customers were asking first if the place is open or not because of the damp and dark environment. The staff seemed to be unbothered about service forgot to give seasoning until asked for it for both me and my next table .seemed like they were trying to save money .
