How can you say that we have visited your hotel multiple times. It was my first visit and hence i never visited again. Please think before you write something.

Room : spacious, but balcony is for name sake. You can just stand and not sit. Service : you will have to come down to pick your swiggy/Zomato orders. The receptionist is way RUDE, talks as if he is doing a favor on us. No politeness, hell lot of attitude, and talks as if giving us command, didn't allow to go out.I LIKED HIS LAWN AREA AND I WANTED TO CHILL THERE AND HE DIDN'T EVEN ALLOW. WHY DO YOU EVEN BUILD THE LAWN? And it was kind of dhamki and favour ( bhai nahi chahiye humko tumhara room, we don't want to spoil our vibe and mood) people come to chill and have good time.

We asked him to check if the kitchen is open or not and let us know so we could order online food. He never called back to inform if the kitchen is open and he had already placed the order and simultaneously we had call him for an update on which he was Again rude. And we were just 15 min late for checkout he kept calling continuously and sent the room service guys to knock the door where i had already informed him on call. And such a foolish person giving reason that there are customers waiting wherein I saw the other customers were still checked in and there were no new customer at all. And though he had rooms empty he was unnecessary rushing me.

Very pathetic behaviour and unprofessional service. I am not at all happy.

I would not even recommend it to anyone. Location: it's inside MIDC no public transport available, auto or cab or...

Probably one of the best and most value for money hotels in Navi Mumbai! It has been an absolute pleasure staying here... Not once. Not twice. I have stayed here Thrice!

Stating below my honest pros and cons review below:

Pros - Room highlights / amenities - Mini fridge, Android TV, spacious room (washroom isn't big but gives a premium feel), etc.

Value for money - considering the cost per night and the amenities they have, I would say that this room is something one should go for if they are looking for a budget friendly premium stay away from city hassle.

Cons - The location is around factories/laboratories. You might smell chemicals once you are out the property. But the moment you enter the building, it is not an issue. No foul smell at all. It won't hinder your experience.

(As of March 2024) On-going construction to build an in-house kitchen beside the hotel. Due to this, there might be a slight risk of worker peeping inside the room - worst case scenario, there's a risk of them coming inside (unrealistic but a possibility, considering the windows don't lock)

Well located in near outskirts of Navi Mumbai, a budget friendly hotel to stay in with nice looking interiors. The hotel lacks in few aspects like provision of drinking water. Per day they just offer one bottle of water as complimentary even if the room is on a double occupancy, so once you finish the water bottle given,you have no other choice but to buy one. And also carry enough water for yourself as hotel does not have a provision of RO water..The quality of food and taste can be improved as Kadhai Paneer ordered from the menu was completely bland with no spice and flavour.However good thing is that you can order from Zomato or Swiggy.
