Namastay Hotel, Ratlam — Hotel in Nayagaon

Most pathetic hotel I have ever see. I went there based on reviews on Google but it’s all rubbish. The hotel is in such bad condition. Rooms are pathetic everything is broken and dirty in the bathroom. Walls are peeling everywhere including in the room. We checked in paid and realised how horrible it is. We then looked for another much better hotel and immediately checked out. Couldn’t stay one minute in that place. Location is horrible there’s no security in that place. Barely had 1 staff. No hot water nothing. Just a very very bad hotel who by mistake had got some good reviews. But current condition Jan 2024 it’s pathetic and I would never recommend it to anyone! Never stay...

Very poor, average hotel... unclean rooms, dirty bedsheets, dirty bathrooms, leaking walls, ...dusty lobby ... crowded railway area.... whole place is noisy. The front office boy and security was the only one who are plus points and friendly . The pictures shown are false.... its a totally...
