The newly opened Restaurant on Wheels at Ratlam Junction Railway Station by the side of Platform№ 4 is a great place to dine for. As the place has been opened by the Railways itself so the spaciousness to the place is noteworthy and easy to access for parking. The restaurant is managed by The Swad Exotica, one of the cities rooftop restaurant having great ambiance to itself, so it is managed by good hands. The food is good, rates are almost same as the other restaurants in the city. Here we come to the ambiance, the best thing about the place is the ambiance, as it is on the Railway Station itself and the restaurant is having a whole compartment as its main dining area, which is the most iconic thing to this place; feels you are dining within a train. Apart from the inner compartment style sitting area, there is a large outside sitting area where you can enjoy the food while enjoying the hustle bustle of Ratlam...

Visited this place with a group of six, and overall, the food did not disappoint! The taste was excellent, especially the Kaju Paneer and Dry Chilli Paneer, which were rich in flavor. The dal and rice were comforting, and the rotis were soft and fresh.

However, the atmosphere gets quite crowded when there are 20+ people in the coach, which can make it a bit congested. The service was just okay—could be more attentive.
