Amour Hotel Delhi Airport — Hotel in New Delhi

I would not recommend this hotel. The overall experience was extremely disappointing. The ambiance was far from pleasant, and the receptionist's behavior was quite rude. The rooms were in a dismal state of cleanliness. Our early check-in at 5 am was supposed to include complimentary breakfast, but we were charged extra for it. I would have given negative rating for this pathetic hotel. Worst ambience. Rude behaviour of receptionist. Rooms are filthy. We reached at the hostel at 5 am and check out at 12:30. The receptionist said the breakfast will be complementary. They charged extra as we check in early morning. this mf is a scam hotel. they charged money online beforehand with clever wording "Non- refundable". after we pay the money they themself cancel the booking so that entire money goes to them without providing the service. i can't believe such scamsters and fraudsters exist to cheat customers. i will file a case in consumer court against...
