I experiance with vishal during my first visit

AC does not work, you will feel extreme suffocation. Even manager will avoid your complaint to switch on AC. Staff is very lazy and uncooperative. None of them is happy to help any one. All used to busy in moble games. Best part is, the manager itself Lazy. He used to sit in a corner and play mobile game. I approached him about billing and AC complaint. I surprised he was so busy in gaming that he didn't see my face. Just avoided me.

Billing counter are too much busy. You will have to wait about (minimum) 25 minutes during billing.

Clothing items are not of good quality, yah but very cheper so we should not expect the quality.

All the staff working there are just getting salary without work, because all the clothes are filled with dust and can't even hold up. The staff are just standing there for fashion they are not doing anything, the clothes are filled with dust and the trial room are too dirty, can't even make a trial of the dresses. Please make sure that those staff are working hard and cleaning, folding all the dresses properly. You should hired an employee who take responsibility and seriousness in their job. I purchased Prestige Nakshatra cooker small and Tamdem Kadhai, after few days the coating Kadhai came out and cooker had some issue with leakage of steam. Mr. Anil Verma has been really helpful in understanding my query at Vishal Mega Mart, Mahipalpur, he helped me out making company understand the issue with the product purchased under warrenty , Mahipalpur.
