Hotel De Aura Delhi Airport -T 3 (Under Kuber International) — Hotel in New Delhi

I didn't like anything about the hotel except the fact that the hotel is in conventional location. I reached Delhi at night 8, all i expecting was to get the room as i was tired in cold night. When i reached to thr hotel i was told that the hotel is not confirmed enen thought yatra sent me confirmation mail. The behaviour of the manager and other stuff was so harsh that they told me either yatra call them to confirm the booking else i have to leave. I booked the hotel in a discount offer but Manager was telling they cant provide the hotel at that price. So yatra has to pay extra amount to them. After fixing that problem when i enter in the room, i was not happy that there was no drinking water, towel, no tissue paper. Coming to tge next day morning, there supposed to be a complementary breakfast from 7 to 10 for all, but when i was checking out they asked me to pay for breakfast, they said "how much did you pay for hotel booking" but breakfast supposed to be for all.. first day i was tired, confused later i was embarrassed, harassed. Most of the people were not good. The manager does not even...

So I had a connecting flight next day early morning. I had booked a room for one night. And I decided to go with this place because it had a nice rating on booking.com , well let's just say it wasn't what they advertised.

Pro: Check in was fast and hassel free. Room service and attending services were fine. (Only after I tipped each person 50 INR.)

Cons: The room was not clean. The room service delayed my food order both the times I ordered. At dinner one of the dishes actually arrived an hour after my actual dinner arrived ! I had to leave early morning to catch my flight, I had informed them at check in and also before I slept to keep a taxi/transport ready. When I came down at 4.30 am, they didn't have it ready. So I waited 20 mins for the taxi, then the receptionist stuck 2 other passengers with me in the car, without my consent because they also had to go to the airport. (On top of all this, the hotel wanted me to pay 300 for the ride as well wanted the other 2 passengers to pay 300 !)

Well I gave my piece of mind to the management from the airport,...

I arrived and the room was not clean, they brought me inside the dirty room, where the food was all over the floor and said : no problem, mam, we will clean, and started collecting dirty dishes in front of me. I was like - you need to change the bedsheets, clean the bathroom... They answered : just 5 minutes. I had to go to the reception and ask them to clean the room thoroughly, I've been waiting for half an hour and still when I came the toilet was dirty, and there was no water bottles in the room. The AC was hardly cooling and in the morning they rang my door by mistake. Breakfast was non-existing, when we arrived at the dining area, the staff was sleeping on the sofas... Seriously not worth it. It looks like the hotel had quite a potential and initial thought in it (the boroque inspired decorations and post colonial style), but the household management and basic lack of hospitality made it an absurd theatre. Two stars only because this pathos might amuse you, or you'll have stories to tell your friends or write in...
