Treebo The Armani Near Igi Airport — Hotel in New Delhi

I was arriving in (Delhi) late at night with two children so I called the hotel directly to confirm my booking. They confirm two rooms for me and I told him I’ll be arriving around 10 PM. They told me it was fine. Once I landed I called them several times to let them know I was on my way and to make sure my rooms are ready as the children are very tired. They ignored four of my calls, and when they finally answered two times They just immediately hung up without saying anything . my husband was skeptical to go all the way to the hotel, but I assured him our booking was confirmed as I spoke directly to the receptionist. When we finally got there, they told me my booking wasn’t there, and when I saw the books that they had written the bookings on I saw my name, my phone number and my check in time which means my booking was confirmed and they gave my booking to somebody else. It was almost midnight, and I had to walk around with two children, and most of the rooms around were sold out. Such an unprofessional and horrible experience I had. If they would’ve just answered the phone, at least I wouldn’t have come all the way there...

worst hotel ever. 1. Booking is handled by external agent, they never visited this hotel and gave wrong promises, it is a scam. pls beware of it. 2. Full of dust and smelly they dont clean the rooms, check my videos. 3. No lifts. it is still under constructions(refer videos). 4. We stayed for 6 hours, no power was available for 5 hours(No AC, fan or lights) . 5. Complimentary breakfast also a scam. You will get bread, egg, and poori. refer videos for their hygiene 😀. 6. Near to cell phone Towers, not suitable for kids. 7. phone dont work, you have to call them on your phone, 8. they don't support for any request, cannot even give phone charger or universal adaptor 9. Hotel is good but the reception staff is worst if u say them to bring water to ur room they wil take time around 20 minutes and even for water bottle you have to call 3 to 4 times to them and my worst experience was i have to take a xerox copy of my boarding pass and baggage tag they charged me rs 350 for 21 pages and they didn't even informed me that is chargable various hotels are providing free of charge for these print out when u said these thing they replied we are also buying papers na it doesn't mean that we are staying free in this hotel please if ur going to stay in that hotel please ask everything first regarding money and then go further . And extra mattress was provided without pillow and (chaddar) so it was a worst experience with the hotel, room is very good but...
