Hotel Jothi Grand — Hotel in North Zone

This hotel is neatly maintained, the rooms are compact and all facilities are in good working condition. The bathrooms are also clean.Very suitable for 1 or 2 nights stay / transit.Located close to KCT, there are a lot of restaurants around and commute is also very easy. The staff are very polite and courteous. They also offered a complimentary breakfast which is simple but very tasty and homely.they also have a functional bar on the first floor which also looked good. Special thanks to the receptionist who took good care of us. We went in with very low expectations but were surely surprised by the facilities. For the price we paid, this is surely a decent and comfortable stay.

You come multiple times, come with a group, get more business to Hotel, stay for more than a month, do whatever you want... Not even a single rupee discount. There's no room for flexibility, negotiation, customer retention, customer satisfaction, nothing. There are much better options if you search around. Please avoid visiting this hotel. Stay only if you dont have a choice. Breakfast is pathetic. Service you need to place request multiple times. I will give good rating to all the staff. They were courteous. Went to Coimbatore for a wedding. Stayed in this hotel the night before the function. It was good, clean, neat, friendly staff. Not luxury of out of the ordinary, but value for money.

Good - friendly staff, not much crowded, good bar. Not so good - hot water in the bathroom was tricky at times. No kettle in the room to boil water or make coffee. And no restaurant in the hotel. Getting a coffee also in the night...
