Chai Kings - Saravanampatti — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

There is no option for less than a star. I left my parcel there because of thier behaviour. They dont even have parcel cover for take away , a simple thing in a bakery or hotel. Im fed up with thier service. Im happy to ignore such kind of store. Even a small shop provides or sort out my problem on carrying it. How can i carry a noodels paper cup in a backpack. I had many times food and chai kings just because of thier taste I just simply kept the food which order to eat for my family includes kid.People who is seeing this review learn from this. We are inspired for start up from such kind of business. But never leave such a service to customer in a food industry . It is not JUST a food for everyone. Thank you chai kings...

This is a special kind of restaurant where several beverages types, snacks etc are there. There are several kinds of Chai, like black chai, herbal chai, milk chai etc. There are coffee and many types of sandwiches, snacks etc. This is a all day breakfast restaurant type. Moreover there are different maggie type food, ice chai, various milk shakes etc. They have few branches around coimbatore. It's a neat place to dine with kids too. Staffs need to be trained well. Their mannerisms should make customers feel at home. They treat customers well, but not upto mark. There are few lessons to be learnt. That's why in rating a star is missing. Expected a better experience but disappointed. The guy didn’t know tamil but he had loud Tamil music playing couldn’t hear our orders properly. I am visiting for first time so asked him to show the serving sizes but the cups he showed and the one he delivered was nowhere near.

Now coming to chai, I have attached pics plz see how light the tea is served. It was served so hot like we couldn’t hold the cup. It was filled with milk dressing within few mins. Coming to snacks the taste was average… There were flies all around… Local bakery Mari irrundadu…
