I stopped at Bhammars by chance after seeing their Thali advertised on a banner out front. I was definitely not disappointed - buttermilk and pakora as appetizers, rice and two different kinds of chapati, dal and two different curries, fresh raw salad, refills to my heart's content, and a sweet to top it all off. All of the highest quality, served by attentive and friendly staff. ||||I didn't spend the night but did get a chance to see a room. It was spotless, nicely furnished, with extra clean bathroom and A/C running perfectly. Soon enough there'll be a pool as well. I'll definitely head back if I ever pass through...

If I had an option to give negative stars, this is one place I would definitely give. The place stinks, bed sheets are stained. We spoke to the getting desk, they told stained sheets are ok. The towels look and feel like a mop and the washroom is absolutely dirty and they have the audacity to charge Spencer prices for these pathetic rooms. We arrived at Balangir at 11pm,We had booked for 4nights stay, however we feed checked out the first thing the next morning. We did not have the bravery to try the breakfast.
