I recently stayed at the Hotel, and my experience was truly delightful. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me warmly and made check-in a breeze. The lobby was modern and elegantly designed, creating a welcoming first impression.

My room was spacious, clean, and offered a stunning view of the ocean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the linens felt luxurious. The bathroom was spotless and well-stocked with quality toiletries. I also appreciated the fast and reliable Wi-Fi, which made it easy to work and stream content.

The hotel’s on-site restaurant served delicious meals with a wide variety of options, from fresh seafood to vegetarian dishes. Breakfast was especially impressive, featuring both hot and cold choices in a buffet-style setting.

One of the highlights of my stay was the rooftop pool and lounge area. It was the perfect place to relax, enjoy a drink, and take in the beautiful sunset views.

Though place is near to Sambalpur City (SBPY) railways station, unethical price hike during checkout made the overall staying experience worst.

No proper room cleaning service (1/5) Wash basin floors are dirty. (1/5) Poor room service (1/5) Intercome & DTH are not working. One need to step out from room to ask for room service. (1/5) Most of the showers & water taps are dripping 24/7. Quite annoying (1/5) Room charges are very as compared to quality, facilities & service (1/5) Front desk staffs are having demographic feeling, which is disatisfying.

We travelled to Hotel Kaveri with 6 adults & a 10yrs kid, booked 6 occupancy family room 3000/- per night and 300/- additional occupancy for kid. We stayed their for 2 nights and during checkout they charged 1200/- for additional occupancy without providing extra beds.

We took Family room(2 double beds) They have good spacious room but the rooms, bathroom and other stuffs are not maintained at all. The bathrooms are the shittiest bathrooms I have ever seen. One day I “had” to request for the bedsheet change but they said it would be after 6-7 hours as the staffs were not present. They even charge for water bottles😭😂, they are not complimentary. I am attaching bathroom pics. Even in IRCTC jet sprays are much more cleaner than this. On our last day of stay, the receptionist suddenly called us and rudely said to have the room emptied as they have committed someone else to provide the room.
