Actually, with a heavy heart, i have to write this. I had nice previous experiences about everything about except probably price and quantity, both at dine in and takeaways. But yesterday, we went for lunch and ordered chicken manchow soup,Reshmi butter chicken and chicken lollipop among others. Both these three items were awful in the sense that...chicken lollipop was covered with a huge thick coating but inside there was hardly any chicken. But 8 pieces were there and they looked quite appealing and juicy. But when we started to eat ...we could find out..as if intentionally, somebody had removed the chicken portions and to compensate..had put such a thick coating..with so much of price...we felt cheated. Similarly, Reshmi chicken had only four average sized pieces and taste wise..not at all great..soup also..left much to be desired...I probably won't think of dining there in future because of these things. Earlier experiences however were pretty nice and we thought..probably somewhere the price os worth it though on a higher side...my impression is..the kitchen staff there are complicit in this rather than your famous establishment. I am utterly disgusted with the so-called "biryani" I received last night. I ordered two dum biryani, but what I got was an inedible mess that tasted nothing like biryani—bland, flavorless, and more like a poorly made pulao. To add insult to injury, there were only two pathetic pieces of tandoori chicken tossed in as if someone couldn’t even be bothered to prepare the dish properly. It was clear there was no effort, no care, and certainly no understanding of what real biryani is supposed to be. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst meals I’ve ever had, and it was a complete waste of money. It’s shameful that a restaurant would serve something so subpar and call it biryani. I will never order from your restaurant again, and I’ll be sure to warn others about this appalling...

The Food quality is undoubtedly good however service is very questionable along with maintainence of the place.

The server doesn't repeat the order and mixes veg and non veg items. The cocktails arrived however the cold drink can ordered with them had to be reminded.

All the AC'S are in desperate bees of Service. An air curtain is badly needed at the door to keep out the flocks of flies inside. Water leaking in the washroom for days when we are in the middle of harsh summers is just added...
