Hotel Lemon Castle — Hotel in Odisha

I will be very much honest! We say in hindi "naam bade but darshaan chote" the hotel is similar! On my very recent visit to Koraput trip, had planned to stay here with my family for a night and as soon as we reached the hotel we re made wait till 11:30 to get a room. Like this is a total scam that goes on at these places. The hotel management knows it very well that 90% of the tourists come by Hirakhand express which reaches around 9am and by 10am everyone has to get a room but still these scammers wont make the rooms available to you and guess what the breakfast times are 7 to 10 and they give you extra 1hr to sleep and check out and let other tourists wait and struggle to find a room so that they can plan for their day exploration as half of the day is itself wasted here.

Now coming on to the room😹 these are same as local lodges. Pathetic. You will be amazed to see the lobby and reception area as they seem like a 3 star hotel but rooms my God pathetic for the money i spent. Rather stay in lodges than preferring these shit places. They even put a board of "sold out" just to create hype that they are in demand😹

Now coming on to good part! They a have a restaurant called "Five star /Koli hut/ Pizza castle " name as confused as there hotel rooms🤣 but the food is pocket friendly and tastes good! Can rely here for your dinner.

If you wear western clothing as a girl, you can't walk down the street because people treat you like you're some zoo animal and they enjoy watching you. Hotel staff-worst Hotel room-worst Service -worst Lunch -(biriyani)-worst they served yesterdays food Dinner -great and affordable

Breakfast -complementary with self service -worst (dosa-like chakuli pitha,omlet was good) Restaurants staff-worst except one lady Washthroom - worst most of the tap was not working and it's smelled awfully bad both of our rooms i have no idea what exactly the smell was.

They charged an additional 5 rupees for the water bottle it's illegal because it was packaged drinking water you can't charge beyond the MRP.Again when we check out another room they charged twice the food bill when i asked the same the staff said it's service charge then why they included as water. We asked for the bill during check out and it took almost an hour bcz printer wasn't working and the guy was untrained. This was my entire stay at the hotel, guys. Never go there if you are...
