Capital O Mountain High Inn — Hotel in Pune

Horrible experience, we checjed out alnkst immediately. OYO advertises that all rooms are sanituzed before your eyes, but this room has probably NEVER been. Strong Cigarette smoke in the room, dirty furniture, toilets, towels and sheets.

OYO had 3 "Managers" handle this escalation and did NOTHING. MMT which continues to provide HORRIBLE services, offered me a 400 Rs refund 🤣🤣🤣🤣

PLEASE do not stay here if you want a clean and safe place to stay!

And DO NOT book through OYO or MMT if you are expecting ANY support later!

They don't give an option to rate negatively or ALL THREE CULPRITS would have received a NEGATIVE 5...

Don't rist your health by going here. I don't want to give it even a one star rating. This hotel is not trustworthy at all. No hygiene followed by the staff. Rooms were not clean at all. There was small hair on and around the beds. When I asked their receptionist about it, She was not aware of anything. No record keeping at nights because their staff use the rooms in night. They don't sanitize the rooms and stuff as they claim. This is a very dirty hotel. The way they've spoken about cleanliness is nothing like that at all. A big no to this hotel. Room were clean and got a really nice deal on the room on Oyo. Stayed here for 3 days and i hardly paid around 5k .

There is kitchen mentioned while you are booking the room but it's not there. It's just a kitchen space without any kind of utensils or gas.

Kitchen itself is very big 2 people sleep there 😂

Bedroom were very big too. 2 people sleeping on the bed and 1 on the ground with extra bedding provided by the hotel. Plus it has a big balcony.
