Worst OYO I ever stayed in!

Location and accessibility: extremely bad location. Located in suburb. Photos on the app were deceiting. Couldn't find a single OLA/UBER ready to go there

On reaching the location, there was no one at the reception. Then came a teenager to check me in. Their was absolutely no courtesy nor warmth. You cannot expect the same from a teenager. No information about WiFi, breakfast was provided proactively. It was only when I asked him, he told me that there is a leaflet which you can read.

Then came the room. The staffer went ahead of me and sprayed room freshener as much as he could. Bad for him, the dingy smell of the seepage and room not opened for a long time overpowered the room freshener. The room was bad in every sense.

The bedsheet and pillow cover had the same dingy smell and were extremely dirty. Had to put my tshirt on the pillow before using it.

I was not provided with a packaged drinking water bottle, which is included in every OYO booking. The staffer gave me filtered water in a god knows how many times used bottle.

The OYO had its own restaurant. I ordered the food which was average. When I had to clear the bill, I was told they accept only cash. I do not keep cash as we have all sorts of digital payment methods. I asked if not card , then do you have any upi , Paytm payment options. They had none! I somehow managed to pay them. But this OYO left no stone unturned to frustrate me.

I will never forgot this OYO stay. And from now on I will definitely look for better...

Very bad hotel. Bad management, bad service. No complimentary breakfast. Very highly priced. Drinking water quality is not good. We booked for 3 guests, but bed is provided for only 2 people. They charged extra 400/- for the 3rd person, but neither bed nor pillow is provided for the 3rd person. We had to adjust on 2 beds. Never ever prefer this hotel for any stay. Also, the stairs are very high. Difficult for old people to come up. Bad odour (paint smell) is coming. Even service boy is not taking care of luggage. I don't understand how OYO has considered this hotel for it's service. I never expected that Oyo could take such bad hotel under it's branding. Finally, my frank opinion is... OYO has to improve/upgrade this hotel or remove this hotel from it's listing, so that this hotel won't damage...

Worst place to stay If you're reading this review please don't book this hotel Worst experience oyo has worst customer support tried contacting them atleast 20 times but they were unable to provide a solution. The staff was very rude. The rooms were very dirty we changed three rooms one was not having a shower, one room was not having flush One room was very dirty. And when we complained about this on oyo the hotel management was like 'abb aap oyo se hi room saaf kara lena'. we booked the hotel for 5 days but we stayed their only for a day. I'm never using oyo again never. If i could give zero stars...
