This place never fails to impress. Khalsa Veg -Khadki - One of the best places for Chaaps and tandoori items. It's the Delhi taste in Pune.

The location is just opposite Khadki Main Bazar. I visited them recently with my mom during Diwali. Extremely tired after shopping, we wanted to hog on something chatpata and filling. Ordered one malai chaap and the latest #Veg_Fish_Koliwada chaap - Yea quite ironical for a veg chaap to be called Koliwada fish but the outer covering of the tikka and the masala are exactly similar in taste to the koliwada fish tikka. Extremely delicious and highly addictive, you just can't stop at one . I am a Hardcore nonvegtrn and couldn't believe that a pure vegetarian dish could be this intriguing. Loved it

The #Malai_chaap was amazing too. Both the Chaaps loaded by amul Cream ( dnt even think of calories while having this just relish the goodness ) They sprinkle some secret masala on all thier Chaaps which is outstanding. We also tried thier #Veg_Kulcha_Thali tahts extremely gigantic with good portions of panner makhani, daal makhani and Kadi. This could be easily polished off by 2 people with good appetite. After this heavy meal the #Moong_daal_Halva in the Thali was a perfect ending. Not too sweet the way I like it loaded with dry fruits . This visit was unexpected and unplanned. I never expected such a drive through experience.

I agree I have always been vocal about good food however this time I am sharing my roadside food experience. Yes, this was awesome

As always I have been a critic however this experience couldn't stop me from appreciating the food and most important the way I was treated.

Ideally when you are on a run, you don't expect much and so did I. I was in a hurry and my family was hungry

I requested some good soya Or mushroom chap however in return I got an awesome suggestion and a friendly welcome. I guess he was a owner or someone responsible from the food joint, he suggested a dish which I can eat even after 6 hours and to my surprise it was true. I am writing this review as I eat. It is awesome.

People, I strongly recommend this food joint. You will forget non veg. I am a hardcore nonveg however this food made me fall in love

Best part, while I was waiting for the order, this gentleman served me halwa as a taster and trust me this was super super super awesome.

Thanks guys for your awesome food and hospitality and I am surprised how are you still in this area. Get some more franchisees.

A complimentary veg biryani bowl to start with, while we wait for our starter...It was mindblowing.

Reshmi Paneer Tikka Chaap, Whige Lollipop, Chip Chop Chaap, Cheese Stuff Chaap, Paneer stuff Chaap AND Shahenshahi Cheese Paratha (ordered especially for the kids) AND Had to settle with Daal Makhni with Laccha Paratha as the Biryani was over!! :(

A complimentary plate of mini-pancake-like meethi roti that has ghee and jaggery powder over it at the end! It's got a name that I can't recollect.

Realised only half-way that we were so busy in relishing all that didn't click any pics! Had to literally keep the kids hand's held while they tried grabbing the paratha to get this click. This was consumed amongst four adults and two children and we had a blast! Amazing company with very good food under open-sky. None of us wanted to move on to the main course as the delicious starters garnished with loads of grated cheese and dressed with mayonnaise was tasting heavenly and we were thoroughly enjoying the experience. We were too full but really happy - worth the travel all the way from Mhatre...
