worst experience in this hotel :- 1.The staff member at reception on saturday at 4.30 pm is very unhelpful person they said take you key and go up not even know how to handle guest even i dont know where my room is located. 2.when i asked for a normal water they said its not complimentary for you have to buy it from us what the hell is this normal water is not available in hotel i have checked in many hotels but cant faced this type of problem if i paid 1800 for two night so at least you should provide normal water to you guest. 3.the same issue when i was going to checkout (today 11 am 29 oct)again i asked for the normal water then the same person said we have to open a new bottle for you and you have to buy it how worst is this i dont know where they drink water they always use bisleri and aquafina for drinking as they said normal water is not...

What i don't like in this hotel was as you can see wall was wet because of lekage and there was nest on top of air conditioner and what i extremely not liked was there was only socket either you can play television or air conditioner and last and most disgusting thing was if you want you turn on your air conditioner then you have to remove your curtains side and after that what will you see is that your window was transparent. Otherwise service quality was good and staff was also good at their work, but not soo good because i booked room for 7nights and after 2days television subscribtion gone expired i tell them to renew it they we done the recharge but television was saying recharge was expired. Linen was not soo clean and if you travel with your old parents then they will can't climb ladders as ladders was straight and there...

Had a very worst experience at the hotel the guy at the reception does not have etiquettes to talk . I booked the hotel room for 7 days since we were planning to stay for the long so we negotiated the amount then also we were paying much since I work in a corporate company one of my colleague visited to meet me he was smoking in the room which wasn't any issues I think so but he started screaming and stopped my guest at the reception told u cannot go inside which was very disrespect. If had any issues or want to charge extra he couid have discussed it...
