Worst experience of stay here

We were here for work and were returning to hotel only after 8-9 PM and leaving again at 9 AM in morning.

Location - the location of the hotel is very poor. The roads looks like slum area. On google map it appears very near to Airport. But in reality it is 3 km from Airport as there is boundary wall of airport in between. If you are opting it for the closeness to the airport (like we did) you are making a big mistake.

The pick up drop service for airport is ₹300 per side here which is on higher side. You will not get ola and uber easily although it is this close to airport.

The quality of room is very bad. They do not change Bedsheet pillow cover. The bed sheets and pillow were stinking badly. I requested receptionist to change the pillow at least. When I came back in night the pillow were not changed. The receptionist said you didnt gave the key. He should have told me earlier if I need to deposit the key for cleaning room. There is a problem of Electricity fluctuations and the light goes off many times in this area. The water does not come properly in shower. The TV kept in room is just for demo. It does not have any channel on it. The hotel staff tested atleast 5 setup box from different room but none of them worked. The hotel staff said that setup box does not work.

The receptionist has the control of AC of rooms, there is MCB of AC behind his chair. Whenever there is power cut off they will turn on generator after 10 minutes but will put your AC off. When asked to turn the AC on he will reply “ sir aapka to bahot der se chal raha tha”.

At 4 AM in the morning prayer starts on loud speaker. When the receptionist turns on-off AC during night your sleep will definitely get disturbed and you will wake up. And after waking up at 4 AM you will not be able to sleep due to this prayer on loud speaker as it goes on till 6 AM.

Water does not come properly in shower.

There is no lift in Hotel and Superior room starts from floor no 2.

Food here is not good (there is no complaint regarding quantity but the taste and quality is poor) any other option to eat out is atleast 6-7 kms.

Hence not worth to stay at this price here.

I paid ₹ 2255 per night for superior room which was very inferior. You could find many better hotels at this price range with a little more distance from airport which would be peaceful to your mind.

With such reply from hotel management you can expect how they would serve you and blame you.

A big NO. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. I was fooled by the fact that the property is very near to the airport. We had to catch a early morning flight. So I booked this hotel just looking at some photos in the website and thinking that hotels near to the airport are typically of good standards. Although the hotel is of just 10 mins drive to the airport, the area is not good. The room was pathetic. First of all, the room was stinky, very bad smelling. The room was so small that, you don't have even space to keep the trolley bags and open. No ventilation. The linens were not clean. Only one towel was provided, that was too dirty. We had to ask for two of them (had to ask twice). While booking, we had been told that there will be free Wi-Fi. But when asked about the same, the receptionist said they will provide at the room, but never provided. No remote controller for the AC was there in the room. And while checking out in the morning, they said the AC remote controller is missing. Age old furniture. Food: We asked for dinner. We said we would like to have the dinner at their restaurant, but initially they said some function is going on in the restaurant hall, so we have to take the dinner at the room itself. But believe me, there is not even good enough space for two people to have dinner at the room. Finally somehow they agreed to allow us to have dinner at the restaurant. It took almost an hour to bring our food order. Okay, I can believe that they took time to prepare the food items. But when asked for salt and pepper, they took so much time even for it that we already finished our food waiting. And asked for onions with the green salad, never came. The caterer guy was like "you want onion?". As if we made some crime by asking for it. We asked for reserving a car for morning airport drop. They charged 300 rupees for this 10 mins driving. And the receptionist just drove...

DONOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! SEVICE IS HORRIBLE; FACILITIES NOT AVAILABLE! NO WIFI. I had a really back to back traveling and I was really tired, it was late evening by the time I reached this hotel. From the very moment I checked in the hotel the service was pathetic. When I was allotted the room , the AC was not working, I still waited for 10 mins and tried fixing it myself but in vain and on informing the staff about it,they had a very cold reaction telling me that it's working and will take some time. I explained them my situation but the response was still the same. I literally had to wait for another 15-20 mins in hot room and had to call them again for the same. That's was really upsetting.. finally after 45 mins of my check in, the problem was resolved by alotting me another room. So by this time I was really tired but to my surprise the situation gets worse as there is no drinking water provided in the room, I called the reception for the same and I literally had to call them 3 times for it and finally it took them more than half an hour to provide it. So now what next, it was time for me to use the washroom...but this time I wasn't surprised that there was no towel provided, shower wasn't working and there was no mug with the bucket too! It took them another 1 hour just to provide the towel which to my intuition was not even clean enough. When I ordered my food..which was grilled Sandwich and yet what they served me was veg Sandwich... This time I was literally tired and exhausted with their pathetic service and indifference. And I understood it's pointless to tell them. Had it anyway and slept. Almost 2.5+ hrs of continuous torture after checking in! This is my worst experience with OYO BOOKING and I suggest everyone - DONOT book this hotel!!!!...
