India's one of most cleanest city is Chandigarh. And we have a airport lounge in Chandigarh airport named Primus Lounge....
Cleanest City with Dirtiest Lounge!!
Just wanted to share my experience through this review, so that people shouldn't get disappointed whenever they visit
This lounge is on first floor of airport with good access to lounge through a dedicated lift. As you enter the lounge.... The first thing u see is... OMG... It's so filthy...
One of most dirtiest lounge of Indian airports.
Yes... That's true... All tables are full of used plates and glasses and cups.
Of course chairs are vacant but many chairs will have fallen food on same... So u have to wipe urself and sit.. No clearance of plates and glasses for long long time..
No one in counter to give u soft drinks as they have bottle refrigerator for self service... They have 2 ltrs coke bottle and on waiting for 5/10 mins.. Someone would come and open fizzless bottle and give u half glass cold drink
Not even a basic 250 ml mineral water bottle is available... Use water dispenser..
No cookies with tea... Filthy tea /coffee point...
No staff to assist.. All are seating inside staff room and gossiping.. One can hear their talks outside... What a Mess!!
Overall it was not a lounge but a bus stand stall
Only good thing is comfortable seating chairs...
So think before you go... Have zero...

This lounge is an absolute disgrace and the worst I have ever experienced. From the moment you step inside, the lack of cleanliness is shocking: dirty plates are left everywhere, tables are covered in food crumbs and stains, and there are simply no staff members taking care of cleaning. Guests come and go, but the mess remains â clearly, no one here cares about maintaining even basic hygiene standards.
The seating is completely worn out and uncomfortable, making the entire place feel rundown. There is absolutely no sense of luxury or relaxation â it feels more like a neglected waiting area rather than a lounge meant to offer business-class travelers a comfortable experience.
To make things even worse, there are no sugar-free drink options like Coke Zero or Diet Coke. This is unacceptable, especially for people with diabetes who rely on sugar-free alternatives. It just proves how little consideration is given to guestsâ needs.
Overall, the service here is absolutely terrible. There is no cleanliness, no comfort, and even the drink selection is disappointing. This so-called lounge is a complete waste of money, and it is outrageous that customers are expected to pay for such a poor experience.
My advice: Save your money and find another option â even sitting at the gate would be a better experience than this.

Read moreI visited this lounge in Chandigarh on 26th November, 2024 at around 2.30 pm. It was my maiden visit to this lounge. The lounge was relatively small compared to other airport lounges and being the only lounge in the airport, it was heavily crowded. It was extremely difficult to find a seat even for one person. After finding a seat with great difficulty, I went to get some juice or a soft drink to quench my thirst. To my surprise, all they had was Coke and Limca which they were serving in glasses As it was lunch time, meals were being served. There were very limited items on the table and even then the dishes were not being replenished promptly. .There were no cutlery, soup bowls, or even glasses to drink water. Although the staff were on their toes running here and there to please the clients , the back room staff were unable to back them up in their endeavour. However, whatever dishes were available, they were tasty. Chandigarh used to be a small airport but with so many flights flying in and out of the airport now a days, it cannot be considered a small airport anymore. So, it requires a bigger or a second lounge to cater to the passengers.
Overall, it was not a very...
