I stayed with my wife for one night on December 13 and checked out on December 14. My wife slipped in bathroom and suffered serious fracture on right arm. The bathroom is not provided with any safety rail and anti slip tiles. The shower was hanging from roof, not seen anywhere in the world. The hotel could not provide biscuits for Morning tea consecutively for two days. The dining hall incharge refused availability of biscuits in front of GM of hotel. When I confronted GM regarding accident of wife and poor facilities, he had no answer and said a simple Sorry. Most useless hotel in Jalandhar. It's not fit to stay overnight. It may be useful for parties or Get Togethers. Food quality is also very bad. Nothing good in this hotel. I am specially cautioning prospective customers, not to stay overnight in this hotel. They are definitely going to fall down in bathroom. Don't expect any cookies/biscuits for Morning tea. Even Guest Houses are better. Staff are not professionally trained. This hotel doesn't deserve even one...
Read moreVery poor quality of service in the restaurant, They ask you if you would like Ala- Carte or Buffet when you ask for what's in the buffet they present you a menu for buffet it looks nice and you ask for buffet, Then they serve soup on the table after that you are ready for the dinner and go to buffet table you find nothing there and empty trays, The server there told us they will serve food on the table which they do and is cold and bland, without asking for what breads we wanted we were served with bread basket and when we asked for Garlic Naan it was told they are not included in the buffet, When we asked why? We got them instantly, Then came the deserts or shall I say just a desert a runny ice cream was served and nothing else, When we asked where are rest of the deserts we were told that they have buffets on Tuesdays and Thursdays, Remember we were asked at the start if we would like buffet or ala-carte, So overall feel like the worst kind of service and food quality was less than a road side dhaba...
Read moreI had stayed there for 7 days because of mandatory institutional quarantine after arriving India from NYC. The stay was comfortable and hotel staff was always available and indeed helped me out with several minor things during my stay. I did not expect them to clean my room daily because they would not feel comfortable dealing with a coronavirus infected suspect.
Though I really wished if chef could have made several different types of cuisines because I was not even allowed to leave my room. All I was served was some tiny variation of paneer sabji, mixed vegetables, and dal for lunch and dinner. Breakfast had only three variations aloo paranths, kulche chole and sandwiches. No dessert was available even if you wish to order but one of the staff went out of his way and provided me gulab jamun on my 5th day....
