I ordered my baby's first birthday cake with carnival theme and they promised to deliver the same design as I have provided them. But unfortunately on the delivery day, I got something else. All the characters and carnival theme widgets were printed and pasted on the cake instead of made with proper fondant giving them 3-D look as promised. I was completely disappointed but couldn't do anything as cake was delivered during the birthday party celebration. Though we tried informing the baker that this is not the design we asked for and she was very very rude. These guys were super sweet and so professional! We had the most fun tasting where they patiently let us try almost any flavour we wanted. They were also super flexible about the design, had an exhaustive catalogue but were also open to our suggestions. They also transparently shared information about what and wasn’t possible (eg: certain flavours are denser so those flavours have to be in the bottom layers) and let us do a whole bunch of customisation including multiple flavours and regular and eggless tiers in the same cake. Pathetic owner pathetic and rude and arrogant owner.
