Hotel Lamellz — Hotel in Punjab

First & last visit of Hotel. Only plus point is it's location which is nearest to industrial area, focal point. Poor ambience, dirty rooms, worst breakfast, zero service & dishonest management makes it worst hotel of Ludhiana. I was alone in Ludhiana for official tour. On the behalf of my company Yatra booked one room for me in Rs 2100/. My room had two single beds. I requested Hotel manager to give double bed room. Manager demanded Rs 500 extra for just double bed. He spent 20 minutes arguing with me but did not give me double bed room. At the same day my colleague joined same hotel in same price of Rs 2100/-. Manager did not know it & he gave him double bed room in same price. They took full rent in advance from my colleague. My colleague was equally disturbed & unhappy with this hotel. His bathroom was dirty & there was no person to give him even water. We did so many request with receptionist but no one came to our room. Finally I talked to manager and asked about it. We got to know that there was no service person available in hotel because service persons were temporary & were busy in marriage in other parts of Ludhiana. When I enquired how they gave double bed room in same price, manager had no answer. We did not receive any tea that night & after so much requests security guard brought water to us. The trouble did not end there. Next morning we found cheap breakfast in complementary buffet. A very less 3 or 4 items were there & that too cheap & distasteful. Same service problem. I only feel relaxed after getting check-out from hotel. I will never recommend this...

I booked the banquet hall for My BABY SHOWER Function on 14th Feb 2021. The venue was good but i was very much disappointed by the end as whatever was promised was not provided at all.

We were promised to get the hall by 6pm in the evening but it was handed over by 7 pm which was very very late. The decoration for which i was promised, was not similar and not satisfactory and not worth to the price that i paid. Dinner was served very late. Until 9 pm they were still preparing the food. Whatever was promised in the Menu for the dinner was not provided : In the starters, They didn't provide soup which was mandate, and then in the main course, they changed the dal fry to dal makkhani without informing, they changed pineapple raita to boondi raita without informing, Also only 1tandoori roti was provided wherein 4 types of breads were promised.

Overall i must say It was not satisfactory. Only the starters were good.

Very less staff was available for serving which was a big problem.

I don't recommend this venue for any functions and Party . And the food was good but not...

There is no option for zero star ..I would have given no star.Where should i start from ..firstly , it was so over priced do not fall for that go to railway station there are so many hotel nice certified hotels in much cheaper price. Staff was super rude and ill mannered. I can't imagine even. Lift was not working at all. The super deluxe suite room as per the hotel staff was smelling so bad and it was too small, the bed sheets was not clean and blanket has holes in it. There was no gyser in the bathroom.There are no telephone in the room, if you call them on there mobile phone and they will take there own sweet time to come at room. There is no parking area , they tell you park in front of hotel but there is a high way next to hotel , so it is not safe at all. Electricity will be there...
