I opened the door and CLEARLY that room hasn’t been clean. I mean it was horrible it even still had the previous guest clothes still in the room. So I went back to the front desk to let him know it was clean and he said it would take time! Absolutely ridiculous I will NEVERRRRR IN MY LIFE WASTE MONEY ON A ROOM LIKE THAT AGAIN. I POSTED PICTURES OF THE ROOM I didn’t like anything. This place was so disgusting. Bugs everywhere, horrible customer service, worst experience ever. DO NOT EVER WASTE YOUR MONEY

Visited for Lunch break at Hotels Buffet... I enjoyed the food.. Very tasty food and Very Good staff... Good location Near Focal point area Neat & Clean Rooms are also available which is convenient for Focal point industrial visitors.

The rooms are very small as compared to Minimum Pricing of 2200-/. Zero Ventilation and the room service was absolutely disturbing. Washroom was stinking. Not Recommended as per location, Infrastructure,facilities and room service

I go to the receptionist for camera access because i forget my bag in e rickshaw at front of hotel but he says come after 15 minutes and then after 15 minutes they again say come after 30 minutes horrible experience with this hotel the staff of the are not supportive receptionist shouted at the staff that why you brought him to me i think receptionist have some manners how to talk and how to behave...

I was travelling to Jammu with my family from gurgaon. So for rest we saw this hotel on highway... The hotel manager was fighting with guests during their checkout... He was using foul language... Overall I found this place shabby. Being a lady and mother of a daughter i strongly Won't recommend this...
