Dear OYO, My stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare. The lift was out of service, and we had to carry our luggage to the 4th floor ourselves because the staff completely ignored us and refused to help. They treated us like we were nothing. The room was in terrible condition—TV didn’t work, Wi-Fi was nonexistent, and the landline phone was dead, leaving no way to contact anyone for assistance. Unhygienic room and washroom....when I asked for hot water....hotel manager said he can provide bucket of hot water... that's something make you not to choose this hotel .. moreover I found hair of previous guest on the pillow...this hotel should be banned..it can lead to Covid and other skin...
