Hotel O Star Ldh — Hotel in Punjab

Never Ever Go to this Hotel. Only 1 staff handling more than 12-15 rooms & he is Lazy, he doesn't change bedsheets & cousions cover which are very very dirty. Dustbins not clean. TV not working only for show. Geiser is also for shown bcoz it is connected through reception which they never put it on. They said That It is not working now. No staff member listen to problems. Worst thing is that a very Bad Smell in every Room Smells like very dirty clothes which is coming from Bed. So when i booked a Room I dont sit on that bed. After booking room in 10 minutes I forget about my money & check out from the worst & dirtiest hotel in my life and Gone to A Good and Hygiene hotel with clean rooms at same price. I request to everyone don't believe in the pictures they used fake pictures of hotel & Rooms in OYO. In reality rooms are very dirty and worst service. Worst stay ever, I am really disappointed with your services, I was gives false information by oyo agent, I was very tired and agent told me that I can check in early and did not say anything for extra payment for early check in, when I visited the hotel they demanded extra money, I was already tired as I drove all night and got this treatment.
