Biryani By Kilo - Ludhiana — Restaurant in Punjab

i had a worse experience with biryani by kilo Ludhiana branch on 18th Nov. i had ordered biryani & their delivery boy has arrived to home to deliver the goods n hit by car window & eloped from there without informing me. Hence it resulted a deep dent on car window. i was continuously calling the branch manager Mr. Ashwini to inform about the incident but he was not able to locate the delivery boy according to him as he was taking this scenario very lightly & in last Mr ashwini told us that Biryani by Kilo is not liable for any damage or loss if its done by their delivery boy. its like a pathetic experience for us as to invite them at our door step to damage our property & not even being ashamed of themselves. We are still waiting for their response otherwise we have to file a legal notice to them as we have all the records & clips of the damage driven to us.

I'm glad for one thing that the food and services are really amazing at BBK, but at the same time I'm disturbed by the actions of the staff here. The review that you are reading up in quotes is not by me but by one of the staff members of BBK while they were pretending copy the Zomato Gold code from my phone. They practically gave themselves 5 stars and mentioned the concerned person's name as well. Now this deeply concerns me. By being over smart, the staff members have just help tremendously, in bringing down your ratings from 5 to 1 star. Hi All, Yesterday I visited the BBK - Ludhiana & ordered the chicken korma & chicken biryani & both the dishes was on the table after few minutes. Since I ordered the portion of both the dishes, so we where expecting the same. But unfortunately this did not happened. Out of the 4 pieces in chicken korma, there was 1 leg piece & the remaining 3 pieces was of chests. Similarly in chicken biryani, all the 4 pieces was of chests. But before ordering both the dishes, it was told that the portion of chicken will be served in both the dishes. Now everyone knows that the chicken portion has 1 leg, 1 thigh, wings & the chest but unfortunately BBK had only chests pieces to serve. The definition of portion might be different in case of BBK but chicken portion means what has been explained above.
