Hotel O The Royal INN — Hotel in Punjab

It was the worst hotel stay night ever in my life....the quality of the staffs and their manners are so bad that they disturb my family the whole night cannot even sleep peacefully for 10 mins, they say they are enjoying Diwali celebration the whole night starting from midnight till dawn, they fight, quarrel and throw bottles after drinks and even played firecrackers inside the hotel campus inside.... The scariest part is that no one feels safe the whole night because they even tried to broke the door open and shout out to play with them not in a friendly way...the most disheartening thing is that the manager didn't notice anything or do nothing..what kind of hotel...
