Kulcha Land — Restaurant in Punjab

Kulcha Land specialises in serving the traditionally famous amritsari staple, the Amritsari Kulcha, which is essentially cooked in a tandoor and lavishly smeared with butter. It is served hot with channa n chutney which is very hot n spicy. The best thing about Kulcha Land is that they serve the most authentic 'Amritsari Kulcha' in Ludhiana. This joint has been opened here by M/s Sucha Singh & Sons who belong to Amritsar n have their original outlet in Amritsar as well. A single kulcha with channa n chutney costs ₹45/- which I feel is a bit on the higher side, although the superb taste makes you forget the pinch...

I ordered the food at 2pm. That time it was just showing 25 mins to deliver. After half an hour or even more the app showed restaurant has not picked up my order n its still being processed. This kept on showing for 40 mins. Then I called support n they said they would assign someone which didn't happen and I tried to cancel but they had the audacity to charge me cancelation fee. Then I talked to customer support again n finally delivery partner got assigned. My order came 2hrs late from when I had placed. Very very very very very bad n poor service. Never gonna order from here again....

Neither do they have a sitting area where one can eat food. Their sitting area is very dirty . Secondly the crockery used by them is dirty. They are using the same 10 year old plates and bowls . Thirdly which is very main there kulcha for which they think they are famous is the worst of them all . No taste at all channe kulcha both are pathetic to eat And the guy who is serving is serving like giving to beggars as eat if you want...
