Hotel Quba — Hotel in Punjab

Extremely disappointing and unsafe experience at Hotel Quba.

I would strongly advise families and travellers to avoid Hotel Quba. The service was terrible. The staff was rude, unhelpful and completely unprofessional. What made the things even worse was the owner’s aggressive and abusive behaviour which made us feel very uncomfortable and unsafe during our stay, the owner himself barged into the rooms of the guest, without even knocking on the door. The security situation is alarming, specially for families. the owner tried to be abusive and physical with multiple guests over a small argument.

This is not a family friendly place at all. There are many better and safe hotels nearby. Save yourself the trouble and...

I have booked 17 rooms for my guests the owner trespassed into their rooms, misbehaved, and threatened them to leave the hotel, claiming one of their identity proofs was missing (even though his parents’ IDs had already been submitted). He shouted, physically touched, and forced them to leave, causing panic and humiliation among all guests. About 10–12 guests had to leave the hotel immediately...
