The Saffron Lounge — Restaurant in Punjab

I visited on 09.03.2023 around 8:45pm with family for quick dinner. We were directed towards a four seater table in the middle of the open air section. There were few guys drinking and seated in not so acceptable manner (perhaps from my perceptive).

So I decided to move further away. There were no other small tables but bigger ones on the end, right corner.

The waiter insisted to occupy the small table next to the one I avoided.

Upon hearing my explanation, he allowed us to occupy the table “as long as there are no guests for the bigger table”.

He said you may sit here but will have to vacate the table as soon as we have guests for the bigger table. He meant, even if it happens while having the meal.

It is important to note, most big tables were vacant at that moment.

So I requested them to allow us to exit and we moved to Maharaja Palazzo for dinner. They are definitely welcoming...

14th sep 2022. I bought lamb bariyani plus lamb rogan josh. Take away. It was the most disgusting take away i have ever had.
